All payments are made via PayPal, therefore we do not receive or hold any of your credit card details.
Out of Stock Items
Stock details on the website are not updated automatically, and so there may be times when you have placed an order, and an item has gone out of stock. In this case, we will email you with details of when we expect the item to be back in stock, and ask you to confirm whether you would like the item sent out to you as soon as it is back in stock, or cancel your order for that item.
Shipping
Currently we ship to the UK & Ireland. We know the importance of customer service and speedy delivery, so we try to despatch your items as quickly as we can; within 3 days of receiving your order, often quicker.
P&P
At rock face minerals, we aim simply to cover our costs in relation to P&P, without having a complicated pricing structure. So we charge a flat P&P rate whatever the value or weight of your order; £1.50 for orders from the UK and £2.00 for orders from ROI. All orders are sent out via Royal Mail (by first class post for UK orders). We will send you an email to confirm despatch, so you know when to expect to receive your order.
Returns
For full size products & brushes, if your purchase is unsuitable, we are happy to accept returns within 14 days of receipt, provided that the item has not been used, all security seals on the product are intact, and the product is returned in a saleable condition. Sample products cannot be returned.
Before returning goods, please email to confirm that you are returning items, just so that we know to expect them, and can confirm the process.
Returns should be sent to the address given in the Contact Us section of the website. The price paid for the item (excluding P&P) will be refunded to you via PayPal; please allow up to 14 days for this process to be completed.
